Hepa Filters and Air Filtration Systems
For a Variety Of Contamination Control Applications
CleanAir Solutions, Inc. offers a wide range of hepa air
filters and air filtration systems for a variety of contamination
control applications and modular, hardwall, and softwall
clean room environments. Our cleanroom specialists will create
and design an air filtration system with premium hepa filters
and effective air filtration systems to ensure your cleanroom
operates with the most advanced equipment available in the
industry.
Terminal-End Units: Terminal HEPA/ULPA filter modules are
designed to provide unidirectional airflow from tee-bar ceilings.
Standard air filtration modules come in 24 in. x 24 in. and
24 in. x 48 in. sizes with either 10 in. or 12 in. diameter
collars. The HEPA air filter efficiency is rated at 99.99%
at 0.3 microns and the ULPA air filter efficiency is rated
at 99.9995% at 0.12 microns. Hepa air filters are available
in three filter pack depths: 53, 70, and 100 mm.

Fan-Powered Units: Self-powered air filter modules have
become a popular substitute for terminal air filtration units
because of their flexibility and ease of installation. Our
standard MicroSound NCR Fan/filter units include variable speed control, choice of
power cord or junction box and our MicroSound GS units offer quick-release latches that
permit rapid Room-Side Replacement of the air filter media. Most clean
room supply and contamination control companies offer these
air filter options as a premium, but we offer them as a standard.
You can also choose from 115V, 277V or export voltages to
meet your electrical needs. To make sure your clean room
air filters are running at all times, power indicator lights
are also available for room side monitoring.
We offer hundreds
of air filter special sizes to meet your cleanroom requirements.
Whether you require just one filter unit or hundreds, we
can fill your custom specifications.
Low-Profiled Units: Room in a room applications sometimes
make it difficult to fit a standard size air fan/filter module
above the room. Typical office t-bar is hung at 9 feet above
the finished clean room floor. To place a cleanroom within
that envelope at a minimum 7’ inside ceiling height
only leaves 24” of interstitial space. This is a perfect
application for low-profile air filtration modules. Low-profile
air filter modules are designed with dual motorized impellers
to provide a slim package with an overall height of only
9.5 inches.
EEF Filtration: Designed for hospital isolation rooms, surgery suites, Pharmaceutical compounding, Biotech or Medical Device applications where sterility is critical. When using this system, particles and bacteria are charged due to ion flux inside an ionizing field - where some of the bacteria are killed upon entry into the grid. The charged particles and bacteria are highly efficiently filtered -up to 1000 times lower penetration than conventional filters with the same pressure drop and flow rate. Bacteria caught on the filter are subjected to a continuous dose of ionizing radiation and are thus killed. This filter system is rated at 99.999999+% DoP, providing virtually particle free air -the Cleanroom. In addition, this filter has enough power to allow for double HEPA filtrationair re-circulation and exhaust and exceeds CDC guidelines for AFB isolation.

AirLink Controls: Airlink Control Systems are designed to control filter units from a remote console or panel. Linked individually or in groups, an operator can increase or reduce airflow to a selected area and utilize the
set back feature during off-peak hours, resulting in lower operating costs. Our exclusive state-of-the-art, reasonably priced fan filter control systems utilize our standard 115 volt and 277 volt, motor blower units without using high cost DC motors. Depending upon the number of units required and local electricity rates, payback is often one year or less.
