Monitoring/Particle Counting Systems

hand held p311-alt2b.jpg

The P311’s large color display shows cumulative and differential particle counts of 3 particle sizes simultaneously. The small and middle particle ranges can easily be changed by a user. P311’s maximum concentration of 4,000,000 particles/ft3 and up to 8,000 data set record capabilities are the highest in the market. Data can be checked on the particle monitor's display and/or easily downloaded to your PC via USB cable and saved as a CSV file which is transferable to Excel. P311 is accurate, dependable, user friendly, compact and light weight.

The 5301-AQM Remote Air Quality and Environmental Monitor measures PM1, PM2.5, PM5 and PM10 particle mass concentration, temperature, relative humidity, and CO2 values and stores up to 45,000 sample records for comprehensive or long terms air quality studies. This wall-mounted instrument is the most versatile cleanroom air quality monitor available for fixed installations with an intuitive large touch screen display. The instrument provides 6 user defined channels of particle counting with a wide array of alarm features. The 5301-AQM can easily integrate into a building automation and facility monitoring system via Ethernet, USB or (optional) Wireless 802.11 b/g, RS485 or RS232. Remote monitoring and control through an internet browser enhances in-field, long term access.

0.3 µm @ 0.1 CFM

The 8306 Handheld Particle Counter measures 0.3 μm to 25.0 μm with a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM). Easy to configure, this instrument displays up to 6 user-selectable size channels as well as temperature and relative humidity. View data and generate ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1 or FS 209E reports on screen or via printer, USB key, real time through its versatile output options or export to Particles Plus data-download software. Particles Plus counters can be controlled and monitored remotely via web browser. The 8306 has a mass concentration mode that approximates density in μg/m³. All 8000 Series particle counters meet ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921. The 8306 ensures compliance with an on-board pulse height analyzer. Other 8000 Series particle monitoring systems are available ranging from 0.2 μm to 0.5 μm @ 0.1 CFM flow rate.

The P611 model is the accurate, user friendly handheld cleanroom particle counter. Its large color display shows 6 channels of cumulative and different particle counts simultaneously. The P611 model saves up to 10,000 sample data in the memory, which can be reviewed on the unit display and/or easily downloaded to your PC via USB cable. Temperature and humidity can also be monitored with the optional probe. P611 complies with ISO 21501-4 and comes with a two-year warranty. With excellent quality and reliable performance, Airy Technology P611 is the best solution for professionals who validate ISO cleanrooms (Class 5 - 9) and monitor indoor air quality.

The Model P231 is designed for continuous particle monitoring. The P231 monitors 0.5µm and 5.0µm particle sizes simultaneously with a flow-rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM). Using Modbus/RS485 communications, the sensor can be easily integrated into the CIMScan Monitoring System. Its compact size and light weight maximizes the flexibility of mounting locations. The P231 cleanroom particle counter complies with ISO 21501-4 and comes with a 2-year warranty. The P231 with CIMScan Monitoring System is suitable from mini environment to large facility monitoring.

Sensor Communications

Up to 16 remote devices (sensors, etc.) can be connected to a remote device communications controller called an eLink (DA-06) through a common 4-wire cable. The eLink gathers measurement data from the remote sensors and forwards it to a server computer via a facility’s existing Local Area Network (LAN). The server computer is a MS Windows-based machine which is running our CIMScan software. Any number of eLink controllers can send measurements to the server.

In order to provide a single source for your cleanroom monitoring system needs we have partnered with CIMTechniques. Our particle sensors are designed to be integrated into CIMScan. We can provide a complete monitoring solution using a standalone dedicated PC. We can also provide a web-based monitoring system, where the customer does not need to have a dedicated PC for the cleanroom monitoring equipment. This solution is very unique in the industry.
