CAS-797 with ACT! The CAS- 797 Enclosure System with ACT! - Active Channel Technology - allows you to adjust the insert channel of the frame for different sizes of solid inserts from 1/8" to 3/8". The ACT! design creates a snug interior mounting of the insert that is flush with the frame, making the assembled wall easy to keep clean.
Can be fitted for wall panel inserts of ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum composite, acrylic, tempered glass or other materials.

Handheld Laser Particle Counter - Model P311

Remote Particle Sensor - Model P231
The Model P231 is designed for continuous monitoring. The P231 monitors 0.5µm and 5.0µm particle sizes simultaneously with a flow-rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM). Using Modbus/RS485 communications, the sensor can be easily integrated into the CIMScan Monitoring System. Its compact size and light weight maximizes the flexibility of mounting locations. The P231 complies with ISO 21501-4 and comes with a 2-year warranty. The P231 with CIMScan Monitoring System is suitable from mini environment to large facility monitoring.
SENSOR COMMUNICATIONS
Up to 16 remote devices (sensors, etc.) can be connected to a remote device communications controller called an eLink (DA-06) through a common 4-wire cable. The eLink gathers measurement data from the remote sensors and forwards it to a server computer via a facility’s existing Local Area Network (LAN). The server computer is a MS Windows-based machine which is running our CIMScan software. Any number of eLink controllers can send measurements to the server.
PC OR WEB-BASED MONITORING:
In order to provide a single source for your cleanroom monitoring needs we have partnered with CIMTechniques. Our particle sensors are designed to be integrated into CIMScan. We can provide a complete monitoring solution using a standalone dedicated PC. We can also provide a web-based monitoring system, where the customer does not need to have a dedicated PC for the monitoring system. This solution is very unique in the industry.
