Transport Carts
The CleanAir Solutions cleanroom carts are designed to transport products in an ISO 4 or ISO 5 environment. All systems are built to client specification and are constructed of 304 or 316L stainless steel. All seams are welded internally utilizing panelized construction. Welds ground smooth and polished. Rolling transport carts feature heavy duty stainless steel casters, UL approved or listed controls, electropolishing or passivating available.
All stainless-steel rolling carts are custom made to client requirements.
Single Pass Transport Cart
Single Pass cleanroom carts are designed for applications where you need to transport products within an ISO 4 or ISO 5 environment. Our single pass design filters the incoming air and releases it back into the surrounding ambient space. Constructed of Heavy Gauge 304 or 316L stainless steel, 35 Ra finish. Easily removable gel seal HEPA or ULPA filter, rated to 99.99% is utilized. Self contained battery and charger system designed for continuous use. Typical battery run time 1 to 4 hours. Pressure Gauge Alarms and Low Run Time Indicators are standard. Heavy Duty stainless steel casters . All controls are UL approved or listed. Electropolishing and passivating available.
Recirculating Transport Cart
The Recirculating transport cart offers maximum protection by returning already filtered air back to the unit. The benefit of this cleanroom cart is that it is able to maintain the ISO 5 or better condition outside of the cleanroom environment. The recirculating cart can transfer product between class levels without the fear of cross-contamination. Designed to transport products in any environment. Constructed of Heavy Gauge 304 or 316L stainless steel, 35 Ra finish. Coved corner tray compartment, customized based on the number of trays needed for transport. Easily removable gel seal HEPA or ULPA filter, rated to 99.99% is utilized. Self contained battery and charger system designed for continuous use. Typical battery run time 1 to 4 hours. Pressure Gauge Alarms and Low Run Time Indicators are standard. All controls on the stainless-steel rolling cart are UL approved or listed. Heavy Duty stainless steel casters. Non HEPA filtered Transport Cart
The Non-HEPA filtered cleanroom carts are a cost effective way to store and transport product within an already clean area. Constructed of Heavy Gauge 304 or 316L stainless steel, 35 Ra finish. Heavy Duty stainless steel casters, all stainless steel hardware and handles. Transport carts are custom designed to customer requirements based on load, size, and weight requirements. Custom designed trays as required. Electropolishing and passivating available.
Available in standard & custom configurations. One year parts warranty. All stainless steel rolling carts are fully factory tested and certified at our facility and include a comprehensive manual for your IQ,OQ SOP in electronic format.
