Air-Tight Panels

AT-Lock panels are insulated panels with cam lock designed to make cold rooms or enclosures with critical temperature and humidity set points air-tight.

CHARACTERISTICS:
3 Thicknesses : 60, 100, 150 mm.
5 Widths : 40, 60*, 80, 100*, 120 cm.   
Only for thicknesses 60 and 100 mm.
Lengths : from 40 to 400 cm with a module of 20 cm in thickness 60 and 100, with a module of 40 cm in thickness 150.

FACINGS:
In standard Galvanized steel sheet, thickness 5/10, coated with polyester lacquer 25 μm.  Optional Galvanized steel sheet, thickness 5/10, coated with a polyester lacquer complex and a PET film of total thickness 55 μm. Stainless steel sheet, thickness 6/10, Poli S4 finishing or coated with a PVC+PET film. The sheet is coated with a protective film to remove after assembly.  

SHADE:
Iceberg white in standard (Close to RAL 9010).

CORE:
Polyurethane foam without HCFC density: 40 kg/m3.  Thermal conductivity: λ = 0,023 W/m.K.

ASSEMBLY SYSTEM:
The cases equipped with eccentric cams on the 4 edges of the panel allow the installation of the panels.  Activated by a key, the cam comes to cling in a quarter of turn on the axis of the case of the panel in opposite directions.

SEALS:
The continuity of the vapor-barrier check is carried out between each panel by polyurethane seals laid out along the panel edges on both sides.

FIRE REACTION:
Standard foam – Class F

Optional:  Fireproof foam, Class B-S2,d0 (see below).

A Wide Choice of Coatings

Discover the versatility of our FRTP thermal panel, offering a range of coatings tailored to meet the specific requirements of different activities and environments. Choose from steel coated with polyester lacquer, PVDF lacquer, PET complex, PVC film, or stainless steel, ensuring optimal performance in any setting.

As a standard option, our panels feature a galvanized steel sheet coated with a white polyester lacquer. You can select from smooth, ribbed, or micro-ribbed finishes based on your aesthetic preferences and functional needs.

Ensuring impeccable airtightness, our specially designed connection sheets seamlessly join panel to panel. For partition cladding with a 40 mm thickness, a single connection is utilized. Panels ranging from 60-240mm in thickness feature a double connection, enhancing structural integrity.

To maintain a continuous vapor barrier, each panel is equipped with two polyethylene seals along its length, positioned on both sides. Depending on the specific work and cleaning conditions or exposure, silicone seals can be employed as an alternative to polyethylene seals. In addition, a butyl seal can be used to enhance tightness at the connecting bottom, adapting to different ambient conditions.
